Where was this meeting held,
who was there, and who voted ? Why didn't the
Recording Secretary record such a momentous occasion that vacated the
former DPCA Constitution on the 27th day of March 2001?
I am just trying to understand why no one, including the signer, Dr. DiNardo,
is able to produce proof of such a meeting .
To date, I have not been provided with anything
regarding my public record request of
When might I expect an answer?
