Dr. DiNardo,
Thank you for supplying on Monday, April 22, 2013 with a portion of the information I requested . In particular you have complied with the following parts of my request:
1. all documents submitted with Form 1023
2. all documents the IRS required the DPCA to submit in support of its application
3. exemption ruling letter issued by the IRS
Thank you for providing requests 1-3.
However, I understand that Robin Kelley and the Finance Committee would be the ones to provide me with 4-6 of the information requested on April 2, 2013 :
4. because there is no "detailed" financial information available on the DPCA web site, I am requesting all financial statements, general ledger and all bank statements from all financial institutions (including savings and investments) for the last two fiscal years 2011 and 2012
5. list of employees- paid and volunteer
6. all check warrants approved by the Board during the last two fiscal years, 2011 and 2012
I would like to get started on the audit as quickly as possible, so please let me know when to expect the information.
